Sharon De La Garza Mulholland - I made it a point to use my maiden name because I know who I am and where I come from, and you should, too. I grew up in South Texas among solid and true people. Early on, I was taught that continuous learning is essential to any success. I have learned quite a bit about gap analysis, remediation and capacity development. I was my first customer.
Today, I live outside of Washington, DC., and my professional focus is about servant leadership. I and my partners believe in serving people earnestly. We work to the benefit of others because it is our mission to draw out the best we see in those around us.
We are a technically dependent society. Innovation is the lifeblood of competitive organizations, but we know there is more to organizational sustainability than new ideas. Understanding the intricacy of human nature is key to managing and sustaining an organic organization. We understand how to translate critical system dynamics to motivate continuous learning and knowledge sharing to bridge gaps from one idea to the next, thus ensuring health and growth. That is the art of smart faclitation.
Our first order of business is listening to you. Understanding how we can best serve your organization takes focus and dedication. We are ready to meet with you to get to know your organization. If success means to you what it means to us, let's schedule time to discuss issues, resolution and your continued growth.
